Starting a career in marketing and later transitioning into Enterprise software pre-sales role, Louise discovered a passion for creating business solutions. Having worked for PeopleSoft, Oracle and Workday Louise's role involved working closely with HR Directors and Project Leaders to uncover their business process challenges and then delivering business ROI and software functionality demonstrations. Working within Enterprise multi-million dollar level projects both in the UK and US alongside clients such as BT, HSBC, Rolls Royce, GE, etc.
